Who's behind the name?

Hi there, we’re Catherine Reed & Ben Ward, husband and wife team who make up Rewarded Properties, based in the UK. We have a combined ten years of property investment and development experience; with a good eye for location and adding value to properties.

We take our time to make sure each of our holiday properties meet our three points to success:

Catherine is the project manager of each project, keeping us on track, on budget and up to date with all the legal obligations of property. She also liaises directly with our guests, to create a personal experience.

Ben is the creative designer of each project, he begins each property conceptualising with our in-house CGI service, and then working onsite as the designer and working alongside the tradesmen to bring our vision to reality.
